These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the movi4u platform. By registering an account or accessing any product or service on movi4u, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
What These Terms Cover
These Terms & Conditions set out the full legal framework governing your relationship with movi4u. The six principles below summarise the most important areas.
Account Eligibility
You must be aged 18 or above to register and use movi4u. One account per person. Accounts must be registered in your own legal name with accurate personal details. movi4u reserves the right to verify identity at any time.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit is ৳200 via bKash or Nagad. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. movi4u does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.
Bonus Conditions
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. movi4u may modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time with reasonable notice.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. movi4u will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. Report any suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] immediately.
Prohibited Conduct
Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, use of automated tools, collusion, and any attempt to exploit technical errors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Responsible Gaming

General Terms
The foundational rules that apply to every player and every interaction with the movi4u platform.
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any product or service offered by movi4u (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference. 1.2 Amendments to These Terms
movi4u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
1.3 Platform Availability
movi4u operates as an online gambling platform accessible to eligible players in Bangladesh. The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. movi4u makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical work, or events beyond movi4u's control (including network outages, server failures, or third-party disruptions) may result in temporary unavailability. movi4u shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime beyond its reasonable control.
1.4 Language and Governing Version
These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. English is the governing language of this document. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from a translation or adaptation of these terms into any other language, the English version shall prevail.
1.5 Age Restriction
movi4u is strictly an 18+ platform. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, or access any real-money gambling product on movi4u under any circumstances. By creating an account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. movi4u enforces age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may request official government-issued identity documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds in the account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.
1.6 Currency
All transactions on the movi4u Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are all denominated in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to represent the Bangladeshi Taka. movi4u does not apply internal currency conversion charges. Where a player's payment method involves a currency conversion at the payment processor level, any such fees are the responsibility of the payment provider and are outside movi4u's control.
Account Registration
Rules governing the creation, ownership, and maintenance of your movi4u player account.
2.1 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on movi4u at any given time. Creating duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, or a shared IP address — is strictly prohibited. If movi4u identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended, merged, or permanently closed, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited.
2.2 Accurate Registration Information
When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all required fields. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure. It is your responsibility to keep your account information current. If any of your personal details change after registration, you must update your account profile accordingly or notify movi4u support.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
movi4u operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed or before certain account features are unlocked:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation from your bKash, Nagad, or bank account)
movi4u may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions. Submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documents will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
2.4 Account Security and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your movi4u account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. movi4u will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity carried out on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately and change your password without delay.
2.5 Account Ownership and Non-Transferability
movi4u accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make available your account to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all accounts involved. Funds in a transferred account will be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Financial transaction rules covering all supported payment methods available to movi4u players in Bangladesh.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
movi4u accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). movi4u reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any payment method at its discretion and will communicate such changes to players with reasonable notice.
3.2 Deposit Rules
Deposits to your movi4u account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit applied by movi4u, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your movi4u account instantly upon confirmation.
3.3 Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals are available to players whose accounts have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, or to a payment method confirmed as belonging to the account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 hours for mobile money methods and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers. movi4u reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
3.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable bonus offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Real-money funds deposited into your account may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard withdrawal rules, provided that movi4u is not conducting an ongoing verification or investigation. In the event of a dispute between real-money and bonus fund balances, movi4u's records shall be the definitive reference.
3.5 Anti-Money Laundering
movi4u is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. movi4u reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player at any time. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of AML checks. Any funds reasonably suspected to be the proceeds of criminal activity will be withheld and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Players are reminded that it is a criminal offence to use a gambling platform to launder money.

Bonus Terms
Rules governing all bonus offers, promotions, and free play credits available to movi4u players.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who register an account on movi4u and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus offer as advertised on the Platform at the time of registration. The standard welcome bonus is a 100% match bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the minimum qualifying first deposit is ৳500. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible new player once only. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed and all bonus funds being forfeited.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is stated in the specific bonus offer terms displayed at the time the offer is presented. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Only real-money stakes count towards wagering requirements unless specifically stated otherwise in a particular offer. Bets placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements — the specific contribution rates for each game category are set out in the applicable bonus offer documentation.
4.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the applicable bonus offer. If wagering requirements are not completed within this period, the remaining bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
4.4 Bonus Abuse and Irregular Play
movi4u monitors player accounts for patterns of play that suggest bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, stake manipulation, collusion with other players, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and exploitation of technical errors. Where movi4u identifies or reasonably suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and permanently close the account without prior notice.
4.5 Promotional Offers
In addition to the welcome bonus, movi4u may from time to time offer reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, enhanced odds for cricket events, seasonal promotions (including Eid, BPL season, and ICC tournament offers), and other promotional incentives. Each promotional offer will have its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposits, eligible games, and expiry dates. These additional offer terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions. movi4u reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
4.6 movi4u's Discretion on Bonuses
The award of any bonus is at movi4u's sole discretion. movi4u reserves the right to decline to award a bonus to any player, or to withdraw a bonus that has already been credited, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus claim does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or the specific offer terms. movi4u's decision in all matters relating to bonus eligibility, wagering calculation, and offer interpretation shall be final.
User Obligations
Your responsibilities as a registered player on the movi4u platform.
5.1 Lawful Use Only
You agree to use the movi4u Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions. You warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using movi4u is legal in the location from which you access it.
5.2 Personal Use
Your movi4u account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf. You must not use your account in a professional capacity, as part of a syndicate, or on behalf of any commercial organisation. Betting on behalf of others, or allowing others to fund your account in exchange for a share of winnings, is prohibited.
5.3 Accurate Account Information
You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If you change your residential address, phone number, email address, or preferred payment method, you must update your account details promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or difficulties in account verification.
5.4 Responsible Gaming
You agree to use the responsible gaming tools available on the movi4u Platform if you believe your gambling activity is becoming problematic. movi4u provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. You agree not to attempt to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions by creating a new account or accessing the Platform through another person's account during any active exclusion period.
5.5 Notification of Technical Errors
If you become aware of any technical fault, error, or malfunction affecting the Platform — including incorrect odds, malfunctioning games, or erroneous account balances — you are obliged to notify movi4u support at [email protected] promptly and must not exploit the error for financial gain. Any winnings or bonuses obtained as a result of a technical error will be considered void and may be reclaimed by movi4u.
Prohibited Conduct
Actions and behaviours that are strictly forbidden on the movi4u platform and will result in account action.
6.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the movi4u Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person, or submitting forged verification documents.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or using the Platform in any way that facilitates financial crime.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through duplicate accounts, hedging strategies, collusion, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.
- Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, data scraping software, or any automated mechanism to access, interact with, or manipulate the Platform or its game outcomes.
- Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players in live casino, poker, or any real-time game to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of known technical errors, software bugs, miscalculated odds, or system malfunctions for financial gain.
- Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent or unjustified payment chargebacks or disputes with payment providers after funds have been used for gambling activity on the Platform.
- Harassment: Using any communication channel on the Platform to threaten, harass, intimidate, or abuse movi4u staff or other players.
Account Closure & Suspension
Circumstances under which movi4u may restrict, suspend, or permanently close a player account.
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request the closure of their movi4u account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure, movi4u will confirm the player's identity and ensure that any pending withdrawals are completed. If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure, you may instead request a self-exclusion period, which will prevent you from re-accessing the account for the specified duration.
7.2 movi4u's Right to Suspend or Close
movi4u reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud
- Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6
- Identification of an underage player
- Duplicate account detection
- Regulatory or legal obligation requiring account restriction
Where movi4u suspends an account pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. In cases of serious suspected fraud or criminal activity, movi4u may close the account without prior notice and retain funds pending investigation.
7.3 Balances on Account Closure
On voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard KYC checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure. In cases where movi4u closes an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, movi4u reserves the right to withhold account balances pending full investigation of the breach, and to forfeit balances where the funds are found to have been obtained through prohibited conduct.
7.4 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via the account settings panel or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available for defined durations as listed on the Responsible Gaming page. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the specified period ends. During self-exclusion, the player's account is locked and no deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay are possible. movi4u will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players during their exclusion period.
Account Closure Summary
- Voluntary closure: Contact support. Remaining balance returned after KYC.
- Breach closure: Balances may be withheld pending investigation.
- Self-exclusion: Irreversible for the stated period. No marketing during exclusion.
Liability Disclaimer
The extent and limits of movi4u's liability to players using the platform.
8.1 Platform Provided "As Is"
The movi4u Platform and all products and services offered on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. movi4 u makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or absence of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, movi4u disclaims all warranties of any kind in connection with the Platform and its content.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, movi4u shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other intangible loss. movi4u's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.3 Third-Party Services
The movi4u Platform integrates third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and third-party payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket). movi4u is not responsible for any failure, error, delay, or loss arising from the acts or omissions of third-party providers. Players agree that any dispute regarding the outcome of a third-party game must be raised with movi4u support, and that movi4u will liaise with the relevant game provider to investigate. The outcomes certified by the game provider's certified random number generator (RNG) shall be considered final and binding.
8.4 Force Majeure
movi4u shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government or regulatory authority, civil unrest, power outages, internet service disruptions, cyberattacks, pandemic events, or any other event constituting force majeure. In such circumstances, movi4u's obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
8.5 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless movi4u and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your breach of these Terms & Conditions; your use of the Platform in violation of any applicable law; your infringement of any third-party right; or any fraudulent or unlawful conduct on your part in connection with the Platform.
8.6 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the movi4u Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting movi4u support at [email protected]. movi4u is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to seek resolution through a recognised alternative dispute resolution process before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
